28 Drawings is concerned with re-presentations and perceptions of self within the context of international bureaucracies and evolving artificial intelligence technologies that facilitate them. The series represents variations of a face based on a headshot submitted to apply for a Schengen visa via the Slovenian Consulate in 2025, amidst what was deemed a “Schengen Visa Crisis” in Turkey.
